First Halal Hokkaido Food in Singapore

Ichikokudo Hokkaido Ramen is the first Halal restaurant serving authentic Hokkaido dishes, in Singapore. Their first outlet is located at Suntec City, and a new outlet just opened in March 2019 at 313@Somerset.

A variety of ramen (noodle soup dish) and donburi (rice bowl dish) to choose from, served with seafood, chicken or beef. We tried a few different dishes.

ICHI-BEEF RAMEN SGD13.90

Sukiyaki-style beef slices, flavored egg, seasoned bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms and chopped green onion. The soup is delicious! The beef slices are tender. And the egg is really very flavorful!

ICHI-HOKKAI BUTTER RAMEN

Hokkaido butter, stir-fried vegetables, chicken chashu (roasted marinated chicken) and chopped green onion.

The soup and the chicken is good. The buttery taste is great with the fresh taste of the vegetables.

HOKKAI CLAMS RAMEN

Topped with plenty of clams. The sweetness of Hokkaido butter beautifully complements the flavors within the bowl.

My personal favorite! The soup is buttery, savoury and sweet. With lots of clams! A perfect combination with the seaweed.

HOKKAI SALMON IKURA DON

Fresh salmon, lightly broiled salmon, salmon roe, pickled ginger, shredded dried seaweed, chopped green onion, shredded white leek and miso soup.

A surprisingly good combination of fresh salmon sashimi and broiled salmon. The miso soup is delicious! Highly recommended!

HOKKAI JIGOKU SMOKED DUCK RAMEN

Smoked roasted duck, corn, wood ear mushrooms, boiled vegetables, shredded white leek and chili powder. Served with thick noodles.

With the spicy miso soup base and chilli powder, this is a great dish for spicy food lovers!

BIG EBI FRY DON

Fried Prawns, edamame, shredded dried seaweed, miso soup and pickled vegetables

A simple rice bowl with big fired prawns. The fresh edamame is a great complement to the dish.

ICHIKOKUDO RAMEN «REGULAR RICH»

Original authentic soy sauce ramen. Clear brown broth, based on chicken and seafood with plenty of soy sauce. The soup is tangy, salty, and savory yet still fairly light on the palate.

Great soup! Light but filling. With lots of chicken!
